Monel Needle Valves consist mainly of nickel (63-70%) and copper (28-33%), and they also contain traces of iron, manganese, and carbon. The excellent corrosion resistance is offered by this composition, particularly in seawater and acidic environments. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of around 70,000 psi and high stress corrosion cracking resistance. Physically, Monel Needle Valves retain their strength in temperatures from -200°C to 500°C, providing superior durability, fatigue resistance, and performance in high-pressure systems.
