Inconel Manifold Valves consist mainly of nickel (about 72%), chromium (14-17%), and iron (balance), with traces of manganese, silicon, and carbon. The combination provides excellent resistance to carburization, oxidation, and high-temperature corrosion. The mechanical properties comprise tensile strength of about 100,000 psi, high yield point, and high fatigue resistance. Inconel Manifold Valves have structural stability at temperatures of up to 1,000°C. Physically, Inconel provides low thermal expansion and superior resistance to stress corrosion and pitting, allowing these valves to be best utilized in harsh conditions like aerospace and chemical processing.
