Inconel Fasteners consist mainly of Nickel (50-72%) with Chromium (14-23%), Iron (5-10%), Molybdenum (2.5-9%), and trace elements such as Niobium, Titanium, and Cobalt. These fasteners have superior mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of up to 1240 MPa (180 ksi), yield strength of up to 1035 MPa (150 ksi), elongation of 12-30%, and hardness of up to 44 HRC. Physical properties are density of 8.19-8.44 g/cm³, melting point of 1260-1350°C, thermal conductivity of 9.8-11.4 W/m·K, and electrical resistivity of 1.25-1.29 µΩ·m which guarantees superior performance and durability.
