Inconel 625 fasteners are primarily composed of nickel (58-70%), chromium (20-23%), and molybdenum (8-10%), with additions of niobium, titanium, and minor amounts of iron. Their physical properties include high tensile strength (up to 1034 MPa), high yield strength (450 MPa), and a moderate elongation (35%). Physical properties of Inconel 625 fasteners include a high melting point (~1290-1350°C), low thermal expansion and good oxidation, corrosion, and stress-corrosion cracking resistance. All of these characteristics make them very resistant and dependable even in extreme temperature and aggressive conditions.
