Inconel Stud Bolts contain Nickel (50-72%), Chromium (14-23%), Iron (balance), Molybdenum (up to 10%), Niobium (up to 5%), with trace quantities of Titanium, Aluminum, Cobalt, Manganese, and Silicon, for superior corrosion and oxidation resistance. These stud bolts have excellent mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of up to 1240 MPa (180 ksi), yield strength of up to 1034 MPa (150 ksi), and elongation of at least 12-30%, which guarantees durability. With a density of 8.1-8.44 g/cm³ and a melting point of 1290-1430°C, Inconel stud bolts exhibit excellent thermal stability and long-term reliability.
