Inconel tubing, containing mainly nickel (≥50%) along with chromium (15-23%), iron, molybdenum, and others, provides superb corrosion and thermal resistance. Its tensile strength ranges from 690-880 MPa, yield strength between 310-550 MPa and elongation of 30-45%. Its hardness is between Rockwell B 80-95. Its density ranges from 8.2-8.5 g/cm³, while it possesses thermal conductivity of 11-15 W/m·K and has a melting point between 1370-1425°C. Utilized in harsh conditions, Inconel tubing resists mechanical stress, high temperatures and oxidation well.
