Mechanically they contain high tensile strength (to 1030 MPa) superior yield strength (300-450 MPa) and acceptable elongation (to 50%). Physically, Inconel 617 stud bolts possess a high melting point (~1350°C), low thermal expansion, and excellent resistance to oxidation, scaling, and thermal fatigue, which guarantees long-term durability under extreme conditions.
