Barsham Nickel Alloys is a trusted nickel alloy manufacturer and supplier of Doha, Qatar, providing high-quality nickel alloy products. We are specialists in Inconel 718 stud bolts with greater strength, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance. The stud bolts can be applied for severe conditions to ensure strength and reliability. To assure highest standards of quality we undertake comprehensive testing including chemical composition testing, mechanical testing, hardness testing and ultrasonic testing. Our strict quality control ensure that all Inconel 718 stud bolts meet industry standards for high performance and long-term stability.
Inconel 718 Stud Bolts are made of Nickel (50-55%), Chromium (17-21%), Iron (balance), Molybdenum (2.8-3.3%), Niobium (4.75-5.5%) and small quantities of Titanium, Aluminum, Cobalt, Manganese and Silicon with high strength and corrosion resistance. These stud bolts have good mechanical properties like 1240 MPa (180 ksi) tensile strength, 1034 MPa (150 ksi) yield strength, and at least 12% elongation, having high durability. With 8.19 g/cm³ density and a melting point of 1260-1336°C, Inconel 718 stud bolts demonstrate superior thermal stability, resistance to oxidation and long-term performance.
