Monel Manifold Valves consist mainly of nickel (63-70%) and copper (28-33%), with trace amounts of iron, manganese, and carbon. This makes them highly resistant to corrosion, especially in seawater, acidic, and alkaline conditions. Their mechanical properties consist of a tensile strength of approximately 70,000 psi and high stress corrosion cracking resistance. Physically, Monel Manifold Valves function well in temperatures from -200°C to 500°C.
