Monel Threaded Rods contain Nickel (63-70%), Copper (28-34%), Iron (2.5% max), Manganese (2% max), Carbon (0.3% max), Silicon (0.5% max) and Sulfur (0.024% max) and show remarkable corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. The rods show tensile strength of 550-620 MPa (80-90 ksi), yield strength of 240-345 MPa (35-50 ksi), and elongation of 35%, with excellent durability. With density of 8.8 g/cm³, a melting point of 1300-1350°C and improved resistance to seawater, acids and corrosive conditions.
