Monel Alloy Washers contain 63-70% nickel and 28-34% copper, along with traces of iron, manganese, carbon, silicon, and sulfur, to provide superior corrosion resistance and long life. Their mechanical characteristics are a tensile strength of 550-620 MPa, yield strength of 240-345 MPa and elongation of 35-45% offering high strength and flexibility. Their physical characteristics are a density of 8.8 g/cm³, melting point of 1300-1350°C, and thermal conductivity of 22 W/m·K, making them suitable for rigorous environments with excellent resistance to seawater and severe chemicals.
