Inconel Ball Valves consist mostly of nickel (approximately 72%) and chromium (14-17%), together with traces of iron, molybdenum, and titanium, possessing high resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high temperatures. Their mechanical properties include tensile strength ranging from 130,000 to 200,000 psi, good fatigue resistance, and thermal stress endurance. Physically, Inconel Ball Valves possess a high melting point of around 1,400°C, low thermal expansion, and excellent resistance to pitting and stress corrosion cracking, making them suitable for application in extreme conditions in industries such as aerospace and chemical processing.
