Super Duplex Manifold Valves consist of 25% chromium, 7% molybdenum, 4% nickel, and nitrogen, with the remainder iron. The composition provides excellent strength and remarkable resistance to corrosion, especially pitting and crevice corrosion. The mechanical properties are a minimum tensile strength of 80 ksi (550 MPa) and yield strength of 50 ksi (345 MPa). The substance is of density 7.8 g/cm³ and melting point of approximately 1350°C (2462°F). The valves are perfect for high-temperature, high-pressure applications in extreme environments and can provide long-term performance and durability.
