Monel Check Valves consist of a Nickel-Copper alloy containing about 63% Nickel and 28-34% Copper, with trace iron, manganese and silicon. They contain mechanical characteristics that include tensile strength of 480-620 MPa, yield strength of 170-345 MPa, and elongation of 20-35%. Hardness is usually around 65-85 HRB. Physically, Monel Check Valves contain a density of 8.8 g/cm³ with a melting point of 1,350°C. Such physical properties ensure ultimate corrosion resistance, high strength and durability even in harsh operating conditions.
