Super Duplex Steel Valves contain 25-30% chromium, 6-7% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, and 0.2-0.3% nitrogen, exhibiting high corrosion resistance and strength. The mechanical properties involve tensile strength of up to 800 MPa, yield strength of approximately 550 MPa, and high toughness. Physical properties consist of a density of 7.8 g/cm³, as well as high resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. These valves are suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure applications and thus find applications in oil and gas, chemical processing, and marine sectors.
