Super Duplex Steel Threaded Rods consist of 25-30% chromium, 6-7% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, and 0.2-0.3% nitrogen, with remarkable corrosion resistance and strength. Their mechanical properties are a tensile strength of as much as 800 MPa, yield strength of about 550 MPa, and good toughness. Their physical properties encompass a density of 7.8 g/cm³, together with superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion.
