Super Duplex Steel Washers are made up of 25-30% chromium, 6-7% nickel, 3-5% molybdenum, and 0.2-0.3% nitrogen with superior corrosion resistance and high strength. Mechanical properties have a tensile strength of up to 800 MPa, yield strength of about 550 MPa, and superior toughness. Physical properties possess a density of 7.8 g/cm³, and superior resistance to chloride stress corrosion cracking, pitting, and crevice corrosion. These washing machines find their applications in high-pressure and high-temperature uses in oil and gas, chemical processing, and shipbuilding industries with guaranteed performance.
