Super Duplex Ball Valves consist mainly of 25% chromium, 7% molybdenum, 4% nickel, and nitrogen, with the rest iron. The composition offers higher resistance to corrosion, pitting, and crevice corrosion. The mechanical properties are a minimum tensile strength of 80 ksi (550 MPa) and a yield strength of 50 ksi (345 MPa). Density of the material is 7.8 g/cm³ with the melting point at approximately 1350°C (2462°F). These ball valves are engineered to function reliably under high-pressure and high-temperature conditions, promoting durability and performance in extreme environments.
