Nickel Alloy Coated Electrodes are made up primarily of Nickel (50-70%), with a fill of Chromium (15-20%), Molybdenum (2-10%), Iron, Copper and traces of Carbon, Manganese and Silicon. They are very strong with high tensile strength (550-900 MPa), yield strength (200-600 MPa) and elongation 20-50%, giving solid and long-lasting welds. They exhibit great corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance and thermal stability with a density range of 8.1-8.9 g/cm³ and melting point of 1300-1450°C. Nickel Alloy Coated Electrodes provide stable performance under abrasive environments and high-temperature use.
