Nickel Alloy Screws consist mainly of Nickel (50-70%), supplemented with Chromium (15-20%), Molybdenum (2-10%), Iron, Copper, and trace Carbon, Manganese, and Silicon. They possess high strength, good corrosion resistance, and thermal stability. They provide tensile strength of 550-1000 MPa, yield strength of 200-600 MPa, and elongation of 20-50%, providing durability. Their density is between 8.1-8.9 g/cm³, and their melting point is 1300-1450°C. Nickel Alloy Screws also have good electrical conductivity and oxidation resistance, which makes them suitable for harsh environments.
