Their mechanical properties are tensile strength up to 550 MPa, 150-200 MPa yield strength, and 40-50% elongation with high strength and flexibility. Their physical properties are a density of 8.89 g/cm³, 1370-1455°C melting point, and 60-70 W/m·K thermal conductivity with applications in extreme temperatures and aggressive chemical environments.
