Nickel Alloy Threaded Rods consist of Nickel (50-99%), Chromium (0-30%), Molybdenum (0-10%), Iron (0-45%), Copper (0-30%), Manganese (≤1%), Carbon (≤0.15%), and Silicon (≤1%), providing superior corrosion resistance, high strength, and durability. These rods have tensile strength of 500-1000 MPa, yield strength of 200-600 MPa and elongation of 15-50% based on the alloy grade. With 8.1-8.9 g/cm³ density, 1300-1450°C melting point, and excellent oxidation resistance, Nickel Alloy Threaded Rods provide reliability in adverse conditions.
