Mechanical properties involve a tensile strength of 55-75 ksi, yield strength of 30-60 ksi, and elongation of 30-40%. Physical properties exhibit a density of 8.89 g/cm³, thermal conductivity of 90 W/m·K, and a melting point of approximately 1455°C. These stud bolts have superior corrosion resistance, especially in alkaline and acidic conditions, and have high electrical and thermal conductivity, which makes them suitable for chemical, marine, and industrial use.
