Nickel Alloy 200 Stud Bolts are made up of 99.6% pure nickel with small additions of silicon, manganese, and iron, to provide high corrosion resistance and strength. The mechanical characteristics involve a tensile strength of about 50,000 to 75,000 psi and very good yield strength, providing an optimal choice for high-stress applications. The bolts possess good elongation and impact resistance. Physically, Nickel Alloy 200 possesses a high melting point of approximately 1,455°C, low thermal expansion, and high resistance to oxidation and corrosion, particularly in alkaline and acidic conditions.
