Nickel Alloy Washers are usually produced using alloys with high nickel percentages, supplemented by other elements such as chromium, molybdenum, and iron, depending on the grade (e.g., Alloy 625, 400). The washers have superior corrosion resistance, particularly in aggressive chemical and marine environments. Mechanical characteristics involve tensile strength of 600-1,100 MPa, yield strength of 300-700 MPa, and elongation of 30-50%. Hardness ranges approximately 200-300 HB. They offer good physical fatigue resistance, high temperature operation, and crevice and pitting corrosion resistance and are appropriate for high stress usage.
