The Nickel Alloy 201 Fasteners contain 99% pure nickel along with controlled levels of carbon (≤0.02%), iron, manganese, silicon, copper and sulfur. They possess good mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of 415 MPa, yield strength of 103 MPa, and elongation of 50%, providing them with excellent strength and flexibility. Physical characteristics are density of 8.89 g/cm³, melting point of 1435°C, and thermal conductivity of 66.9 W/m·K. These screws possess excellent corrosion resistance, high electrical conductivity, and high-performance capabilities in heat environments.
