Nickel Alloy 200 Fasteners are mostly comprised of 99% pure nickel with trace iron, manganese, silicon, and carbon. Its mechanical properties encompass tensile strength of 55-75 ksi, yield strength of 30-60 ksi, and elongation of 30-40%. Physical properties have a density of 8.89 g/cm³, thermal conductivity of 90 W/m·K, and melting point of around 1455°C. Due to their superior corrosion resistance, particularly in alkaline conditions, and very good electrical and thermal conductivity, these fasteners are well suited for application in chemical processing, marine, and industrial environments.
