AWS Class ERNiFeCr-1 TIG and MIG filler welding wire and rods consist mainly of Nickel (Ni) 58-63%, Iron (Fe) balance, Chromium (Cr) 11-14%, Molybdenum (Mo) 3-4%, Titanium (Ti) 1.5-2.5% and minor elements. They provide good mechanical properties, such as a tensile strength of around 690 MPa, yield strength of 460 MPa, and elongation of 30%. The physical characteristics are a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and melting range of 1370-1400°C. These alloys offer excellent corrosion resistance, strength at high temperatures, and weldability in harsh applications like aerospace and marine.
