AWS Class ERNiCu-7 SAW (Submerged Arc Welding) and FLUX Welding Wire is mainly applied for welding Monel® alloys, such as Monel 400 and Monel K500 and other nickel-copper alloys. It is used for joining and overlaying in the marine, chemical and petrochemical applications because it has a very good resistance against seawater corrosion, acids and alkalis. It is also used for producing and repairing heat exchangers, pump shafts, valves and piping systems that are subject to corrosive conditions. The wire provides secure, corrosion-resistant welds, which improve durability and reliability under harsh conditions.
