Phosphorous Bronze Plates and Sheets contain mostly copper (Cu) with 0.03-0.35% phosphorus (P), which has excellent strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. Their mechanical properties are tensile strength of 500-700 MPa, yield strength of 250-500 MPa, and elongation of 20-30%. With a hardness of 100-150 HB, they have high fatigue resistance and are well suited for spring applications. They are good physically, being highly electrically conductive, non-magnetic, and being good in marine, electrical, and industrial applications, offering strength in harsh conditions.
