Nimonic Sheets and Plates consist of Nickel (≥50%), Chromium (15-21%), Cobalt (8-21%), Titanium (2-5%), Aluminum (1-3%), and trace amounts of Iron, Manganese, and Carbon. The alloys possess excellent mechanical properties such as tensile strength of 1000 MPa, yield strength of approximately 600 MPa. And elongation of 20%. Physical properties include a density of about 8.2 g/cm³, thermal conductivity of 11-15 W/m·K, and melting point of around 1345°C. These properties provide excellent high-temperature behavior, oxidation resistance, and long-term integrity.
