Nimonic 80A Sheets and Plates consist of Nickel (75%), Chromium (20%), added with Titanium, Aluminum, and Iron to produce improved strength and oxidation resistance. They provide a tensile strength of approximately 1000 MPa, yield strength of about 600 MPa, and elongation of 20%, providing strength under high-stress conditions. They have a density of 8.19 g/cm³ and a melting point of approximately 1370°C, which is excellent thermal stability and mechanical performance, and are suitable for high-temperature strength and better oxidation resistance applications.
