Inconel Check Valves consist mainly of Nickel (approximately 72%), Chromium (14-17%), and Iron (balance), with minor amounts of manganese, silicon, and carbon. They possess good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of 1,000-1,300 MPa, yield strength of 480-720 MPa, and hardness of 90-200 HB. Physically, Inconel check valves possess a density of 8.9 g/cm³, melting point of 1,400°C, and resistance to oxidation and corrosion. These make them durable and functional under harsh temperatures and pressures.
