MP35N round bars are manufactured from a nickel-cobalt-based alloy having about 33-37% Nickel, 33-37% Cobalt, 19-21% Chromium and 9-10.5% Molybdenum, providing good corrosion resistance and high strength. MP35N has an ultimate tensile strength of up to 260 ksi (1793 MPa) and a yield strength of more than 200 ksi (1379 MPa), with outstanding toughness and fatigue resistance. Physically, it is of density 8.43 g/cm³, has a melting range of 1315-1440°C, and possesses superior strength even at high temperatures. It finds extensive application in aerospace, medical, and marine fields because of its durability.
