Jethete M152 Round Bars are an advanced alloy made up of mainly nickel (around 56-62%), chromium (14-16%), and molybdenum (3-5%), with minor proportions of iron, titanium, and other trace elements. These elements give excellent resistance to oxidation, corrosion, and high-temperature degradation. The mechanical characteristics are tensile strength of about 200,000 psi, good fatigue strength, and fair toughness at elevated temperatures. Physically, Jethete M152 also possesses a high melting point of approximately 1,400°C and is highly resistant to stress corrosion cracking, which suits applications in turbine engines and aerospace.
