Nickel Alloy 200 Tubing is made up of 99% pure nickel with minute traces of iron, manganese, silicon, and carbon. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 55-75 ksi, yield strength of 30-60 ksi, and elongation of 30-40%. Physical properties have a density of 8.89 g/cm³, thermal conductivity of 90 W/m·K, and a melting point of approximately 1455°C. This alloy has very high corrosion resistance, particularly in alkaline conditions, high electrical and thermal conductivity, and outstanding formability, and so it is suitable for chemical processing, marine, and industrial use.
