Titanium Gr 9 Pipes (Ti-3Al-2.5V) contain 94.5% titanium, 3% aluminum, and 2.5% vanadium. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of 895 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 15%. The physical properties are a density of 4.43 g/cm³, a melting point of 1,660°C, and superior resistance to corrosion, especially in seawater, acids, and chlorides. These pipes have high strength-to-weight ratios, superior fatigue life, and are best suited for aerospace, marine, chemical processing, and high-performance applications.
