Titanium Grade 2 Pipes are mainly formed of commercially pure titanium, with a purity of 99.2%. It has minute amounts of iron, oxygen, and nitrogen, providing superior corrosion resistance, particularly in acidic and seawater conditions. Mechanical properties are tensile strength around 430 MPa, yield strength of 275 MPa, and elongation of 20-25%. Density of Titanium Grade 2 is 4.43 g/cm³. Its great resistance to oxidation, low weight, and outstanding strength-to-weight ratio make it suitable for use in marine, chemical, and aerospace applications.
