Titanium Threaded Rod is primarily titanium (about 99%) with trace amounts of aluminum and vanadium, depending upon the alloy grade. It has excellent strength, light weight, and superior corrosion resistance in marine and chemical environments. Its mechanical properties are tensile strength of 130-160 ksi, yield strength of 75-100 ksi, and elongation of 10-20%. Its physical characteristics are a density of 4.43 g/cm³ and a high fatigue strength.
