Titanium Grade 5 Pipes are manufactured using a titanium alloy of 90% titanium, 6% aluminum, and 4% vanadium (Ti-6Al-4V). This gives strength, corrosion resistance, and weldability. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of 900 MPa, yield strength of 830 MPa, and elongation of 10-15%. Having a density of 4.43 g/cm³, Titanium Grade 5 provides a light yet strong solution.
