Barsham Nickel Alloys is a leading Qatar-based manufacturer and supplier of high-quality nickel alloys and specialty metals. We have expertise in offering precision-engineered solutions to diverse industries. Our Nickel Alloy 201 Pipe Fittings are precision-engineered to provide superior corrosion resistance and strength, particularly in high-temperature and corrosive applications. Best suited for uses in chemical processing, petrochemical, and food processing industries, these fittings provide smooth performance. We are dedicated to making timely deliveries and offering budget-friendly solutions specific to our clients’ individual needs.
Nickel Alloy 201 Pipe Fittings consist mainly of 99% pure nickel with traces of iron (about 0.4%) and other elements like copper and manganese. The composition ensures high resistance to corrosion, especially in acidic and alkaline environments. Mechanical properties are tensile strength of 350-550 MPa, yield strength of 140-280 MPa, and elongation of 40-60%. The range of hardness is about 80-150 HB. Physically, the fittings have good electrical and thermal conductivity, high fatigue strength, and are suitable where there is a need for stability at high and low temperatures.
