Monel K500 Tubing consists mainly of Nickel (minimum 63%) and Copper (27-33%), with other elements such as Aluminum (2.3-3.15%), Titanium (0.35-0.85%), Iron (2% max), and Manganese (1.5% max). It possesses fine mechanical properties, such as tensile strength of 965-1100 MPa, yield strength of 690-790 MPa, elongation of 20-30%, and hardness of up to 35 HRC. It has a physical property of 8.44 g/cm³ density, 1315-1350°C melting point, 17 W/m·K thermal conductivity, and 0.6 µΩ·m electrical resistivity, which makes it a highly suitable material for high-performance applications.
