The Monel K500 Pipes are made up of about 63% Nickel and 29% Copper with minimal traces of aluminum, titanium, and iron. The alloy features superior mechanical characteristics with tensile strength of 930-1,110 MPa, yield strength of 480-690 MPa, and elongation of 20-40%. Its hardness is usually 85-95 HRB. Monel K500 physically consists of a melting point of 1,400°C and 8.8 g/cm³ density.
