Monel 400 Pipes consist of about 63% Nickel and 28-34% Copper with traces of iron, manganese, carbon, and silicon. Monel 400 pipes have properties of high tensile strength of 480-620 MPa, yield strength of 170-345 MPa, and elongation of 20-35%. Hardness is between 65-85 HRB. Physically, Monel 400 is of density 8.8 g/cm³ and melting point 1,350°C.
