Incoloy Alloy 825 Wire is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with high performance that exhibits good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. It normally has 38-46% Nickel, 19.5-23.5% Chromium, 22% Iron, 2.5-3% Molybdenum, 1.5-3% Copper, and trace amounts of Titanium, Carbon, and Manganese. It provides tensile strength of ~600-800 MPa, yield strength of ~275-550 MPa, and hardness of 150-200 HB, along with good stress corrosion cracking resistance. With a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and melting point of ~1370°C, it exhibits excellent oxidation resistance, high thermal stability, and toughness in harsh environments.
