Incoloy Tube Fittings consist mainly of nickel (42-50%), chromium (19-23%), iron (balance), and traces of molybdenum (1-3%), titanium, and aluminum. The mechanical properties are tensile strength of approximately 80,000 psi, high yield strength, and good fatigue resistance. Physically, Incoloy retains its strength at temperatures up to 1,000°C, with low thermal expansion, high pitting resistance, and better performance in aggressive, corrosive environments.
