Incoloy Forgings are nickel-iron-chromium high-performance alloys intended for superior strength, corrosion resistance and thermal stability. It contains 30-38% Nickel, 19-23% Chromium, and a balance of Iron, with minor contents of Manganese, Carbon, Silicon, Titanium, and Aluminum. These forgings have tensile strength of 600-800 MPa, yield strength of 275-550 MPa, and hardness of 150-200 HB, and possess excellent creep and stress rupture resistance. They have a density of about 7.9 g/cm³ and a melting point of around 1350°C and have excellent oxidation resistance, thus finding applications in high-temperature and corrosive conditions.
