Incoloy Alloy 825 Forgings are nickel-chromium-iron alloys with improved corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. Their chemical content is 38-46% Nickel, 19.5-23.5% Chromium, 22% Iron, 2.5-3% Molybdenum, 1.5-3% Copper and slight traces of Titanium, Carbon, and Manganese. These forgings exhibit tensile strength of 600-800 MPa, yield strength of 275-550 MPa, and hardness of 150-200 HB with good resistance to stress corrosion cracking. With a density of 8.14 g/cm³ and melting point of ~1370°C, they have better oxidation resistance, thermal stability and toughness in harsh environments.
