Incoloy 825 valves consist of Nickel (38-46%), Iron (22% min.), Chromium (19.5-23.5%), Molybdenum (2.5-3.5%), Copper (1.5-3%), and Titanium (0.6-1.2%), which provide superior corrosion resistance. Mechanically, Incoloy 825 provides tensile strength of 585 MPa, yield strength of 220 MPa, and elongation of 30%.
