Incoloy 800/800H/800HT Valves are nickel-iron-chromium alloys with aluminum and titanium additions. Standard composition is Nickel (30-35%), Iron (39.5% min), Chromium (19-23%), Carbon (0.05-0.10%), Aluminum (0.15-0.60%), and Titanium (0.15-0.60%). Mechanical Properties These alloys possess high tensile strength (≥450 MPa), yield strength (≥170 MPa), and elongation (≥30%). They retain great creep and rupture strength at high temperatures and are thus suited for high-heat applications. Their good oxidation and corrosion resistance guarantee longevity in extreme industrial conditions.
